The battle had had ended, Sora and Riku had triumphed over Xemnas and Organization XIII is no more. It seemed like peace would finally come for Sora and his friends.
As the King was on his way home he spotted trouble on a distant world. He landed and stood in horror at what he saw.
At a crossroad a battle raged between the three keyblade chasers, Terra, Aqua, and Ven, and Master Xehanort. Master Xehanort, who had complete power over the elements and magic, defeated the three Chasers and opened the door to darkness.
Mickey, who had helped the chasers in the past, ran to help them forcing them to retreat from the battle back to his castle where he wrote a letter to Sora pleading for help.
Meanwhile in other dark corners of interspace. Maleficent is growing strong and gaining new followers for her dark purposes.
Fate lies at a crossroad. Will darkness prevail or will the light triumph yet again?
