Welcome to Skagway, Alaska a town that everyone seems to know. However, does that town really know about everyone!? The truth may surprise you and the answer is clearly “no”. The town has no clue that one of their residents is a vampire and that they have werewolves in the woods. They are a happy town who love to show their town history to the world during the tourist season. The town depends on tourist during the summer months and is known for their hospitality – some may even call it Southern hospitality.
Anyways this town has an interesting range of residents. The vampire of the town is a science teacher and part of the City Council. He is always telling stories of back in the day from when the town had miners and other interesting figures. People tend to ask him how he knows this he simply tell them his family heritage dates back here and that his family has been telling stories about Skagway for generations. However, the truth be told is that the teacher was once a resident of Skagway in the hay day.
Then there are the werewolves they know that a vampire lives in the town. However, they don’t talk to him. The vampire and werewolves stay out of one another ways. Though it kind of hard for a small town for the creatures to even stay out of one another ways. However, they seem to manage and not get in the way of one another. Now all of these werewolves hate their condition and hate being a reckless in the wilderness, but they manage.
Now there are the new residents of town. A brother and sister. They came to Skagway to get away from their coven. The siblings opened a store and are very nice to their new neighbors. However, these siblings have a secret and it catches the attention of the resident vampire and the werewolves when a local girl who worked at the store goes missing. She is missing for six weeks and when she comes back things start to change around town.
Unknown to most of the residents the brother (Jeremy) has turned the Ford girl into a vampire. The Ford girl is freaking out because she doesn’t want to be a monster and her parents think that something is really wrong with her. So with a recommendation from Jacob (the resident vampire) he sends the girl to his coven in Canada telling the parents that she will be in an asylum for a few months. The Bryce’s leave a few weeks after the Ford girl leaves.
The town is quiet again and everything seems back to normal. The Ford girl returns a bit normal and the Rossi’s decide to come to Skagway with their friends (The Smith’s and the Hales). However, with a few weeks before the start of the tourist season: the Bryce’s are back. A day after they come back something becomes odd. A delivery guy is found murdered in the back alley of their store. After the murder another one happens in the town. The town now has four murders within a week.
The residents are concern and have no clue what to do. It is two weeks before the cruise ships and tourists start flocking to town and they don’t want the tourist to be alarmed. However, they organize a forensic investigation lead by one of the Smith’s. The three clans strike a deal with the werewolves and try to figure out who is doing these murders. Will they found out that the Bryce’s are the ones behind the murders? And what other supernatural creatures are in the town that the vampires and werewolves have no clue about!?
