In the beginning all was dark. The universe held no sun and what little life there was floundered on the blue and green planet. Anything weak was instantly hunt down by the strong; babies and new lives were few and far between, for babies and mothers were the first to be eaten. Eaten? Yes, devoured by those that had the strength to overpower them- the Genus, the former humans. Man committing cannibalism of his own? Absurd. But You must understand that 'humans' no longer called themselves such. Humans were dead, gone, and blown from even the oldest's minds. The creatures that remained in the darkened world split off into four groups; groups named for the species of four of the only large mammals to survive and thrive.
PANTHERA, LEO, TIGRIS, PARDUS.
In a land turning slowly to turmoil, with one group dying out and the other taking over, what will you do? Will you rebel against those who seek to rule? Or will you be one of the golden who have proclaimed themselves top-dog after defeating the originals? Will you join the little resistance or seek comfort in a formidable army of combative nature?

QUICK OVERVIEW!
Basically Panthera Origins is a roleplay revolving around the lives and war of four groups of people who survived the sun dying out. These people have, over time, melded into half-creatures, taking on the characteristics (Teeth, eyes, ears, tail, limbs, claws, etc.) of particular species of large felines. The sun has indeed come back since the time of The Great Darkening; And the earth has once more been populated with all manner of prey animals. No normal humans have survived, really- And only the half-humans of the four tribes walk the earth on two (Or occasionally four) legs.
